Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work.
Paid plans
If you are not happy with a paid plan, email services@smarttasks.cloud within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future charges.
Supporter memberships
Supporter memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the manage page, which stops future charges. A charge that was made in error will be refunded.
Merch
Merch is printed to order by our fulfilment partner. If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email services@smarttasks.cloud within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or colour preference, except where the law gives you the right to cancel.
