2. Description of Service
Smarttasks.Cloud provides a desktop automation platform including a workflow builder application, plugin marketplace, web portal for account management, and related services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Smarttasks.Cloud for any illegal purpose, to violate any third-party terms of service, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms others.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
Smarttasks.Cloud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smarttasks.Cloud Inc. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Smarttasks.Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
